Cookie Policy
Moi Note uses only what it needs to work, plus a first-party record of where visits come from. No advertising cookies.

Strictly necessary
- Sign-in session (local storage
mvi-auth) — keeps you signed in. - Counter-writer link cookie (
mvi_mw_…, httpOnly) — set when a writer opens their link, so it works on that one device only. It expires with the link (12 hours, 1 day or 1 week). - Encryption key for this tab (session storage) — for end-to-end encrypted registers, the key derived from your passphrase is kept only until you close the tab. It is never sent to us.
- Language (cookie
mvi-lang) — remembers your chosen language. - Payments happen on invitation.manavizha.com, where Cashfree may set its own cookies.
- Security — our hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase) may set technical cookies to protect the service.
First-party traffic measurement
A random visitor ID and the source of your visit (for example a WhatsApp or Google link) are kept in local storage and on our own systems to see which channels bring people. Not shared with advertisers; no cross-site tracking.
Managing them
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser or app settings. Clearing them signs you out, and a writer who clears them loses access to their link on that device.
